All dog owners are advised of the following:

The public is hereby reminded to renew their dog licences on or before 28 February 2021.

1^st Dog (sterilised with proof of sterilisation

(This option will lapse if late registration is done):           N$18-00

1^st Dog (government pensioner with proof):          N$18-00

1^st Dog (not sterilised or without proof of sterilisation):    N$55-00

2^nd Sterilised dog on the same premises:                N$55-00

(a maximum of 4 dogs per Erf is allowed)

3^rd Dog on same premises:                                        N$165-00

4^th Dog on same premises:                                        N$275-00

The Swakopmund Municipality will be hosting a sale of 16 Ervens situated in extension 14, in Swakopmund on Friday, 27 November 2020 at 07h00 at the Training Centre at the Municipal Head Office, c/o Rakotoka Street.

In order to take part in the bid a registration fee in the amount of the amount of N$5 000.00 is payable as set-out in the Conditions of Sale document. The last day for the payment of the registration fee is Friday, 20 November 2020 before 15:00 in cash at the Cashiers. EFT payment or direct bank deposits which must reflect on Council bank account on 20 November 2020 at 23:59. After payment of the registration fee, the pre-registration of bidders commences on Monday, 05 October 2020 until Friday,
20 November 2020. For this purpose you need to visit the Property Section.
