Quotations should be deposited in the Yellow Quotation Box located in the foyer of the Municipal Head Offices, cnr Rakotoka Street & Daniel Kamho Avenue, Swakopmund not later than 11:00 on Wednesday, 27 August 2025.

Opening of Bids

Quotations will be opened internally by the Public Entity immediately after the closing time referred to in above. A record of the Quotation Opening stating the name of the bidders, the amount quoted, the presence or absence of a Bid Security, will be posted on the website/notice board of the Public Entity and available to any bidder on request within three working days of the Opening.
