The bid document is available for download on the Municipal website www.swakopmun.com and the E-Government Procurement Portal https://eprocurement.gov.na/. A non-refundable bid document administrative fee of N$ 300 must be paid before the bid submission deadline.
Bidders must attach the original receipt or proof of payment from Municipality of Swakopmund or bank to their bid document before submission deadline, failure shall result in bid rejection.
Bidders are advised to register at the Municipality of Swakopmund cashier after payment and receipt of the original receipt, providing active contact details and email address

The Bidder shall prepare one (1) original clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and One Electronic scan of the full bid document on a USB), in the event of discrepancy between the two, the original bid document shall prevail.
