Bidder’s name & address must be clearly marked on the back of the sealed envelopes. Bids must be placed in the RED bid box on the Ground Floor of the Swakopmund Municipal Offices, c/o Rakotoka Street & Daniel Kamho Avenue, Swakopmund or posted to the Head of the Procurement Management Unit, P.O.
