Quotations should be sealed in a single envelope, clearly marked with the Procurement Reference Number, addressed to the Municipality of Swakopmund with the Bidder’s name and contact information at the back of the envelope should be placed in the Yellow Quotation Box located in the foyer of the Municipal Head Offices, cnr Rakotoka Street & Daniel Kamho Avenue, Swakopmund.
Bidders are requested to please use the final corrected documnet as that is the correct document to be used for submission. The intended Staerting date for the Project will be 3 February 2025, or at any such time determined by the user department after the conclution of all internal processes.
